Since the beginning of this year, we have been building a new digital solution for Dresden – to increase fair opportunities in work and society. This free as well as user-oriented platform will bundle targeted assistance in a clear manner. The platform supports and accompanies employers, employees as well as families in finding a family-friendly solution. We help especially Dresden companies to responsibly implement the challenges with regard to family and career.
