The challenge:
The system, which balances aesthetics and functionality, should enable all visitors to effortlessly access important information and services in the city hall. The development of such an inclusive orientation system for a city hall presents a special challenge. The combination of barrier-free accessibility and user-friendly touch display technology requires a seamless integration of intuitive navigation, visual clarity and integration of various tools to ensure accessibility.

The way there:
To create a finished prototype, the process begins with conceptualizing the goals and functions of the integrative orientation system. UX/UI designers work closely together to design intuitive interfaces. Our extensive consultation ensured compliance with accessibility standards. Mockups were iteratively refined based on feedback. Finally, an interactive HTML prototype brings the vision to life, demonstrating the functional and user-friendly design.
