Conception and UI design of a mobile app for service employees of companies in the energy supply industry in order to transfer their work into digitalised processes.
The challenge:
For the employees of an energy supplier, their work processes are to be made more secure. Away from handwritten to digital. This solution should visualise the work steps and guide the employees through and support them in the work processes. In addition, the work steps are to be reliably documented.
The benefit for the customer:
Thanks to the digital solution, the customer can now digitally record all incidents 100% correctly. The operating process is so simple that the error rate has been reduced to zero. This has ensured an important aspect of safety.
The way there:
We designed an app for iOS that can be used on the go, even offline if necessary. The user is guided step by step through the work process, so the app leaves no room for error. For this purpose, we held a usability workshop with representatives of the user groups in order to design the app 100% in line with requirements and close to the user.
