Redesign of an existing inventory software in the segment of energy trading as well as active support in UI development in XAML.
The challenge:
An existing program is to be visually restructured from scratch according to principles of ISO 9241 to improve usability and sustainable use. The program can run in several windows at the same time and has different user groups with different activities on it.
The benefit for the customer:
The new UX concept and the associated redesign have resulted in a software solution whose usability has been sustainably improved. The user finds his way more quickly into his work processes and intuitively understands how to operate the program.
The way there:
We designed a solution for Windows desktop PCs with a main window that additionally manages open windows. Among other things, with the help of large typography and clear icons, as well as structured content to understand it better and faster. Different color schemes delimit the user groups from each other.
