Why print at all?
Two factors are important for the success of print advertising:
- Target groups dependent – Also reach older target groups who are on the move on the Internet but perhaps less on social platforms. Also e.g. offices and authorities are to be reached better on the paper way or direct contact than over on-line marketing.
- Positioning in the environment – Flyers etc. also have the advantage that you can place them very precisely to pick up the people where they are exactly concerned with the problem for which we offer a solution.
The target group and positioning therefore need to be well thought out.
Combine across channels
Important, one must arouse interest and offer further information by e.g. QR code. Digital advertising then serves to deepen customer interest.
